Christian Jacobs Salon Suites (“we,” “us”) operates this website and a salon-suite business at 120 East Main Avenue, Gastonia, NC 28052. This policy describes what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@christianjacobssalonsuites.com.

What we collect

Tour requests. When you schedule a tour we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you practice, your experience level, and anything you choose to tell us about yourself.
Service matching. If you use the find-a-service feature, we collect the service you are looking for and, if you choose to save your progress or ask to be notified, your contact information.
Visitor check-in. If you check in at our front-desk kiosk, we collect your name, phone number, and your answers to the check-in questions.
Tenant accounts. Tenants provide business and contact information, license and insurance documents, and lease details through the onboarding and tenant portal. This information is used to administer the tenancy.
Payments. When payment features are available, payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to the payment processor — they never touch our servers.

Text messages

If you give consent when booking a tour, we send appointment-related text messages (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out stops all further messages except a single confirmation of the opt-out.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand overall site traffic. It does not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites. The only cookies we set are essential ones — for example, keeping tenants and staff signed in to their accounts. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that operate the site on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery, text messaging, and payment processing — and only as needed to provide those services, or where the law requires it.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, tour records while we are working with you, and tenant records for the duration of the tenancy plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except where we are required to keep it). Email hello@christianjacobssalonsuites.com and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
