What this site is for

The site presents our salon suites, lets prospective tenants request a tour, helps clients find the independent professionals who work in the building, and gives tenants a portal for managing their tenancy. Submitting a tour request or any other form does not create a reservation, lease, or other commitment on our part — requests are confirmed by us separately.

Accurate information

When you submit a form — a tour request, a check-in, an application, or portal information — you agree to provide information that is accurate and yours to provide.

Independent professionals

The stylists, barbers, and other professionals listed in our directory are independent business owners, not our employees. Each sets their own services, hours, and prices, and any appointment or payment arrangement you make with them is between you and them.

Text messages

Appointment-related text messages are sent only with your consent. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the privacy policy for details.

Payments

Where the site offers payment features, payments are processed by our payment processor. The terms of a specific purchase or booking — including any refund terms — are stated where the payment is made.

Tenant and staff accounts

Portal and admin areas are for authorized users only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links and credentials private and for activity under your account. Personalized links we send (for example onboarding or renewal links) are for the named recipient only.

The content of this site — text, photography, and design — belongs to Christian Jacobs Salon Suites or its licensors. You may view it for personal use; please do not republish or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
